A fire broke out at a pet crematory Tuesday afternoon in Eagle River. Around 2:56, fire crews responded to call of a fire at Forever Remembered Pet Crematory on Commerce Loop. Eagle River Fire Chief Michael Anderson told News 9 that the fire started in the east smoke stack of the building and spread along the interior of the roof.

Authorities say it took the work of 13 different agencies to help put out a Monday morning fire that left a workshop a total loss. The Tomah Fire Department has released new details on a structure fire that displaced ten people on Sunday. According to a release, firefighters were dispatched to Superior Avenue in Tomah for a report of a fire in the apartments above the Peking Chinese Restaurant at 7:51 A.M. When firefighters arrived at the scene, they reported seeing fire coming out of an exterior window.
