A 500-gallon underground propane tank was found at a Virginia home that exploded Friday, killing one firefighter and injuring others, officials said Saturday. The Madison Fire Department and its Heavy Urban Rescue Team (HURT) responded to 4822 Madison Yards Way for a high-angle rescue.
