New helmet camera footage obtained by FOX 25 shows a closer look at the battle firefighters had to face during a deadly apartment complex fire October 20 in northwest Oklahoma City. According to the Oklahoma City Fire Department, crews responded to a three alarm fire at the Penn Station apartment complex around 7pm that Friday, seeing smoke billowing from the building miles away.

Automatic gas shutoffs could cut San Francisco post-quake fires in half, expert says

Crews called to structure fire in Fall Creek Area Fire District

Tennessee: National company delivers replicas of Memphis Fire Department engines to area stations

Several Memphis fire stations are home to new engines, albeit on a much smaller scale. Fire Replicas, a company that makes high end fire truck models for the largest departments all over the country, created several to represent the Memphis Fire Department (MFD). Former patient willed $500,000 to Massachusetts fire department for new ambulance, equipment

The Auburn Fire Chief says they often get thank you cards and the occasional donation, but nothing has ever been so large that it will help for years to come. Former Hammond firefighter who died in I-94 crash remembered

Town of Beloit building new Fire Station and Town Hall

The Town of Beloit Board approved the $7.6 million project and plans to start demolition on the old Fire Station 2 within the next few weeks. Then, according to Town of Beloit Administrator Tim Wellnitz, the town will replace the old building with a bigger and better station.

VIDEO: Massive Florida house fire started in the garage

Firefighters battled an early morning blaze Thursday after a fire broke out in the garage of a Miami Springs home, officials said. The fire broke out around 4:20 a.m. at a home located at 851 Hunting Lodge Drive in Miami Springs. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Division Chief Marc Chavers said when crews arrived, they found heavy flames coming from the home's garage.

Officials from the Green Bay Metro Fire Department tell Local 5 that they were first made aware of a fire on the 2700 block of Nicolet Drive in Green Bay at 6:58 a.m. Authorities say the fire caused an estimated $60,000 to a building that was vacant at the time of the incident.
