One person is dead after a snowmobile crash in the Oneida County Town of Schoepke. Sheriff's officials say it happened on Old 26 Road at 1:10 Sunday afternoon. The snowmobile rider left the trail and struck some trees. The unidentified operator of the sled died at the scene. Others responding to the crash included Medic 1, The Wisconsin DNR, Fire District Alpha, and the Oneida County Medical Examiner's office.
