A cabin in Three Lakes caught on fire Monday afternoon and continued burning for hours.
Three Lakes Fire Department responded to a call from a neighbor of the cabin on Bundo Road around 4:00 p.m.

Some Wisconsin lawmakers are pushing to change state law and allow first responders to treat pets when responding to an emergency.
Wisconsin's veterinarian practice act only allows for veterinarians to give animals aid, WDJT-TV reported.

The FAA and Palmyra Public Safety Department are investigating a plane crash that injured two people Sunday afternoon.
According to officials, the Jefferson County Sheriff's dispatch center received numerous calls that a plane went down in a wooded area east of Palmyra Airport.

North Shore firefighters are investigating a house fire on the 2100 block of West Greenwood Road in Glendale.

The Kiel Fire Department on Friday responded to multiple structure fires and an accident at a construction site.
The first incident, a house fire, was called in at 12:35 p.m. on the 1200 block of Dewey Street in Kiel. A man was injured in an explosion at a home under construction here Tuesday morning. Two people were transported to the hospital late Friday after a vehicle was involved in a serious crash and ended up wrapped around a tree. The South Shore Fire Department is getting a new emergency medical services station somewhere on the village’s north side. Money for the station is part of the 2018 village budget adopted Wednesday. Members of the Sauk City Fire Department will soon able to breath a little easier. The Sauk City Fire Department was awarded a $180,545 federal grant toward the purchase of 28 self-contained breathing apparatus, 56 breathing air cylinders and 40 face masks. VIDEO: Crews are investigating what sparked a garage fire this morning in Altoona. Fire Chief Mark Renderman says the fire started in a detached garage and spread to the exterior of the house just before noon.
