Neillsville Fire Department Responds to Dump Truck on its Side

The Neillsville Fire Department responded to a dump truck tipped on its side. According to the Neillsville Fire Chief Matt Meyer, they received the call about the dump truck around 2:12pm on Monday. The accident occurred just north of the intersection of Highway 95 and Clark Avenue in the Township of Levis.

Driver crashes into Milwaukee fire station

VIDEO: A driver crashed into the Milwaukee Fire Department station near Locust and Teutonia Monday night, March 14. Man, 62, dies in Milwaukee apartment fire

Fire investigators are trying to determine how a fatal fire began Saturday in a south side apartment building. Officials said the fire broke out on South 44th Street near the West Kinnickinnic River Parkway just before 6:30 p.m. Saturday. Cleaning crews worked calmly and carefully Sunday to remove the black smoke.

Minocqua Fire and Rescue, Newbold Fire Department and other agencies practice for emergencies

Waukesha apartment fire; computer error delayed response, chiefs say

Waukesha police said a computer error delayed fire crews from getting help to a burning apartment building on Tuesday morning, March 8. New Berlin Fire Dept.: Car Rolls Over In Ditch, Jaws Of Life Used

A car went into a ditch and rolled over several times on southbound Racine Avenue around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, according to the New Berlin Fire Department. The car landed on its roof and the Jaws of Life were needed to free the one person inside, according to a news release from the fire department. The patient was taken to the Level 1 Trauma Center at Froedtert in Wauwatosa, the release said.

Deerfield home suffers $200,000 damage in fire, authorities say

Atown of Deerfield home suffered $200,000 damage in a fire Saturday night, the Dane County Sheriff’s Office reported. At about 7:15 p.m. on Saturday, sheriff’s deputies and fire crews from McFarland, Lake Mills and Deer Grove responded to a house fire in the 3400 block of Prairie Drive in the town of Deerfield, the Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

Crews respond to fire at Middleton Club Tavern

Middleton Fire officials responded to the Club Tavern & Grille early Sunday morning for report of a fire on the roof. According to MFD, crews were dispatched to the Middleton business around 12:30 a.m. Once on scene, firefighters identified a small fire on the roof and were able to contain it to an area in the wall.

Janesville apartment fire causes over $12K in damages

The Janesville Fire Department was dispatched to the River Flats Apartment complex on Friday morning for a fire that erupted in an apartment closet. Firefighters arrived at 200 N. Red Cross helping family of six displaced in town of Freedom fire

Two adults and four children were displaced Thursday following a fire in their town of Freedom home. Firefighters from multiple agencies battled heavy fire that broke out Thursday morning in the kitchen of the home. According to a Red Cross spokesperson, the agency provided emergency assistance for things like temporary lodging, meals and clothing, as well as access to health and mental health resources.
