Man arrested after fire truck stolen from inside Arkansas firehouse, found outside his home

VIDEO: On Nov. 11, firefighters in Benton County discovered a Dodge brush fire truck from inside the firehouse on E. Highway 94 in Monte Ne had been stolen. Later that morning, the Benton County Sheriff's Office found the truck in Springdale outside the home of the man who allegedly stole it and drove home the night before.

City in California testing out new emergency alert system

VIDEO: The City of Coronado is testing out a new emergency alert system. Coronado already has sirens positioned around the island, but the technology on the sirens is old. Fire rescue in Colorado goes through first-of-its-kind de-escalation training

VIDEO: Aurora Fire Rescue crew members are completing de-escalation training to help crew members respond to people experiencing a crisis. Gavin Newsom proclaimed a State of Emergency in Los Angeles County Saturday night to help facilitate cleanup and repairs after a massive storage yard fire shut down a portion of the 10 Freeway in both directions. ‘It feels like I was right next to him’: Son hears fallen FDNY dad’s heartbeat after organ donation

Small plane collides into car while making emergency landing in Texas

Tennessee firefighter races cars in his spare time

Ryan Griffin thinks he may be just a little bit of an adrenaline junkie. Griffin’s job as a driver engineer for the Johnson City Fire Department seems to lend itself to the idea. “Fighting fire itself is definitely an adrenaline rush,” Griffin said. “I don’t wish a fire on anybody, but if there is a fire, I want to be there putting it out.
